Terms of use

By using this website or buying from the shop you agree to these terms. Digital products are licensed for your personal or internal business use; you may print them as many times as you like, but you may not resell or redistribute the files. Studio services (websites, apps, digital products built for you) are governed by the written scope agreed for each project, which takes precedence over these general terms for that engagement. All content on this site, including product designs and case studies, belongs to Calivia Digital Solutions Ltd unless credited otherwise.

Privacy

This website has no accounts and sets no tracking cookies. When you email us, call, or use the project form, we receive only what you choose to share, and we use it to reply and to run the engagement you asked about. Shop payments are processed by Flutterwave under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card details. The email address you give at checkout is used for your receipt and, if a download fails, to deliver the file by email, and for nothing else. To ask about or delete anything we hold, email [email protected].

Refunds and delivery

Downloads are available immediately after payment from the link shown at checkout, and links stay valid for seven days. If a download fails, we deliver the file by email instead. Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are given when a technical problem prevents you accessing what you paid for and we cannot fix it: tell us within 30 days and we will re-send, replace or refund. Nothing in this policy reduces any statutory rights you have where you live.
